Scheduling and Weather
Asphalt work is weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule work when temperature, precipitation or site conditions would compromise quality.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms are stated in each individual contract. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, chemical spills, unusual loads, settlement caused by third-party utility work, or acts of nature.
